Apple checkout errors

Having a surprisingly hard time purchasing through Apple's checkout.


Attempting to buy an iPhone for store pickup.

-Attempt #1: "Continue to Payment" simply doesn't work. Not fixed by refresh/back. Start over.

-Attempt #2: Clicked "Continue to Payment" and it went to blank-except-for-footer Apple.com page. Same.

-Attempt #3: the real kicker, an email address error when there is no place to enter an email address because it is store pickup (images below)


Anybody know what gives?


Purchased a new macbook pro for store pickup with no issues a couple months ago.

We understand you're trying to put an order through and we want to help.


You're on the Payment page, you actually need to go back one page to the Pickup Details page that you can include your email on.


If that isn't correct and you're still having trouble, contact the Apple Store for help using the Ask a Specialist button:

We understand you're trying to put an order through and we want to help.


You're on the Payment page, you actually need to go back one page to the Pickup Details page that you can include your email on.
