Beats solo pro not working

I had my solo pros for a while and when I first got them they worked really well but now they are just having numerous problems such as :

  1. When charging their will be a static sound in the ear with the charging port
  2. When charging from 0 it will unpair and pair numerous times and takes significantly longer to charger(around 5 times longer)
  3. It only will charge with apple cables and not always with other cables
  4. The battery life suddenly became 1/5th of what it was
  5. The sound quality decreased
  6. The last straw is the battery percent is displayed wrong constantly , showing 48 a bunch of times and a white light when its on 5 percent . This is confusing as it takes as much time to charge to 48% as if it was on 48% . It is more confusing as it doesn't drop in battery percent over use.
  7. Occasionally only one ear cup works but after reset it begins to work

Hi Daniel7209,

Start by checking to make sure your Beats are running the test firmware, as this may help with the issues you've described: Update your Beats wireless headphones or earphones

Firmware updates are delivered automatically while your Beats headphones or earphones are charging and in Bluetooth range of your iPhone, iPad, or Mac that's connected to Wi-Fi. You can also use your iPhone, iPad, or Mac to check that your Beats have the latest version.

If you're using them with an iPhone or iPad, also make sure that you have the latest iOS or iPadOS version:Update your iPhone or iPad

1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

If the issue continues, you may want to consider getting them inspected at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can find stores here: Choose Your Country or Region

Or, if you prefer, you can reach out to Apple Support directly so they can look into this with you further. They can be contacted here: Get Support or by calling the most applicable phone number from this list: Contact Apple for support and service.

Regards.
