while walking to my car I hit a button that increased the view of words pictures & apps much larger and the phone is frozen now and I can't reset it or get to that page to reset. I held down the up voice button and the down voice button and side button but nothing will help open up the phone

DOUBLE TAP the screen with THREE FINGERS and see whether that returns the zoom level to normal.
IF the above does not work, then Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

No it is not helping. I can't get the front screen to move in any direction. its stuck. If I could get it to move I could power it off and reset it.
