Icloud backup could not be completed

I once tried to do a transfer for new phone backup, it was going well until it appeared that the back up could not be completed. It´s been months now and I do really need the back up but it doesn´t let me do one. I tried resetting the phone but it didn´t work. The message still appears and I´m not able to do a back up, please help me

Apple Phone Support:

Being that you think your account has been hacked, perform the above, and contact Apple Support, ASAP. They'll run you through the fix. Apple is picky when it comes to getting a phone call to take place about Apple IDs. So, rather than selecting for support with iCloud, use the ask for assurance with your iPhone link, to get through to an Apple Rep via chat, and then proceed from there, requesting that you get assistance with iCloud.

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)


Try a Chat with Apple:

See if Apple can assist you via chat.  Once again, Apple is picky when it comes to getting a chat to take place about Apple IDs. So, rather than selecting for support with Apple ID, use the iPhone link, to get through to an Apple Rep via chat, and then proceed from there, requesting that you get assistance with iCloud.

  1. Go To: getsupport.apple.com
  2. Select: Get Support
  3. Select: iPhone
  4. Select: Apps & Features
  5. Select: App doesn't work as expected
  6. Select: Chat
