iPhone 13 is stuck on a white (static or white noise) screen
My iPhone 13 is stuck on a white (static or white noise) screen. I’ve tried volume up, down, and hold power button, but that doesn’t work. Even though it’s stuck on the “white static” screen, I can still hear I’m getting notifications, texts, and calls. On a couple occasions, I’ve been able to swipe across the white screen in the correct spot to answer the calls. So the phone appears to be functioning somewhat. It backed up (some stuff -see below) last night while plugged in.
1). how do I fix this?
2). My iPhone is backed up, however my messages and photos must be turned off. How can I turn that on remotely so when the phone automatically backs up tonight, my photos and messages will be included in the next back up?
2a). I logged into iCloud and my photos are not being backed up previously. Not for a few years unfortunately and I’ll lose a lot of photos.
3). If I buy a new phone can I copy that phone without being able to unlock it or without being able to control it?
Any other ideas or thoughts? Please help.
