Why is fitness/friends sharing not showing on my watch since update (all friends show 0 activity/steps)?

same here, it'll not updating on iOS 17.1.2... tried re-inviting and all but after a day it stops updating for a few of my contacts...

And Apple does not know how to fix it

I think I have an old Apple Watch and the new update doesn’t support it… does anyone have a new Apple Watch that’s doing this same thing?

Ugh. I just realized that their names are showing up, but not their activity. This is annoying.

Bet you it resets at midnight and either zeros out or is just dashes

My family has some new ones and ares similarly affected. I think it’s a software issue

I tried restarting both my watch and phone 3X and it didn’t fix itself. Very irritating.

I’m not sure. They did something on their end.

Nope! No one has the answers!!! Apple has no idea, I tried the phone and store

I have tried all of the above recommended fixes and none of this has worked! It’s beyond frustrating! Has anyone tried anything else that fixed this problem?
