Everyone posting here is a user (like you) sharing knowledge and skills, and we have no access to Apple's internal records. Apple does not read here, except a few moderators who have the duty to remove spam and unacceptable content. You need to raise your question direct to Apple or the authorised representative in Saudi Arabia who should have the permissions needed to look up your record.
