"Request and verify your registration code" page doesn't work

Hello, I recently moved from Israel to UAE, Dubai and don't have a UAE number yet.

I would like to purchase a iPhone 15 pro, went to store yesterday and the seller there told me I have to make a reservation in order to purchase the phone.

Making the reservation at the store with him didn't work so he advised me to try again at my home computer.

I am currently trying to make the reservation and I am requested to text with a UAE number.

I have 2 friends here with UAE number, that texted the number that is written below and the exact text (that I colored out) and they didn't receive a text back.

Please help me, I just want to buy the iPhone 15 pro, why make such a hassle when there's a lot of iPhone's in storage...

I also contacted the apple support number, talked with 3 different people there and all 3 told me that my only way to buy an iPhone is to order it online and wait 3-4 weeks for the shipping instead of picking it up from the store (5 minutes from me) which is just so wrong... Feels like even apple employees don't want me to buy an iPhone.
