Right side of iphone 11 touch is not working

My phones right side about 1 cm is unresponsive to touch. The phone never dropped and literally doesn't have a single visible scratch marks, still looks like new after all these years. It was working fine before, if i remember correctly around ios 16 early updates the problem started to occur and now it's running the latest ios 17.0.3 and the issue still there. Unfortunately I'm unable to downgrade the os to ios 15 or something to check again. Here is a picture and you can see the right side with black where i couldn't draw anything. I tried hard resetting and restarting and nothing is working. So if there are some other methods please let me know.

If you're sure that nothing (case/cover, screen protector, dirt) interferes with your touch screen (remove any obstacles, if present), and if you already tried (to no avail) to put your 11 on charge for at least half an hour, then, keeping it plugged in, use these gestures:

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 10-20 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear, the one with the "slider" to turn the device off included), I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service , or make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Giulio

Hey, i tried the restart option like you mentioned above many times.. still no luck and i tried without case or screen protector or anything, still nothing. If i give it at an apple support they will probably tell me to change the display with an hefty price, it's no sense for me because the phone doesn't have any physical damage due a drop or something. I just wanna know if this happened with others also.
