Pls can anyone here help me with a link or better installer for pages or MS Office word. I will also appreciate if i can get the installer to upgrade to higher version for my MAC computer which is currently running on the following version of
OS X EI Capitan
Version.. 10.11.6 (15G31)
IMAC
Processor.. 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory.. 12 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics.. ATI Radeon HD 4670 256 MB
macOS High sierra or a higher version.

Presently there is no version of Office available that you can install that will reliably render newer Microsoft Word documents on El Capitan.
High Sierra is the oldest OS that will support a newer Office document clone, called Softmaker:
If your Mac is capable of upgrading to High Sierra, I would do so regardless, as it won't affect most software compatibility, and improve some.
Older software may be available for El Capitan, but MIcrosoft has turned off the licensing server for versions older than Big Sur compatible version of Microsoft Office.
This means that unless you maintained all the preference and library files of your older install of Microsoft Office through cloning, or a drive that has not yet perished, your older release of Office may not offer any running capability for read/write and printing.
Some not as reliable rendering may be available through Google Docs on Google's website, iCloud apps on iCloud's website, Office 365 on office.com, LibreOffice, and OpenOffice.

The last Core 2 Duo iMac with a 3.06 CPU was a Late-2009 iMac and these can be upgraded no further than macOS High Sierra (10.13.6). See How to download and install macOS - Apple Support for a full High Sierra download installer process.
If you never installed Pages previously from the Mac App Store, then there is no means to get an older version of Pages for El Capitan or High Sierra. Apple simply does not keep past version, full installers around for user download. You would need to use Pages for iCloud instead.
If you did install Pages (Oct 2013 or later) from the Mac App Store, launch the El Capitan or High Sierra Mac App Store and sign in with the same Apple ID you used to install Pages previously. Now, press and hold the option-key while clicking the Purchases on the Mac App Store application tool bar.
If Pages appears here with an install or update button, click that and do not click Cancel on any dialogs that follow. It will tell you that you cannot install the current Pages version (e.g. 13.2), but should offer to install the last compatible version of Pages for El Capitan (or High Sierra).
Microsoft has no installers for MS Office for El Capitan/High Sierra and have deactivated all relevant license servers for that vintage of MS Office. Even LibreOffice now requires macOS Catalina (10.15) or later, though older versions are still available for El Capitan/High Sierra.
Look into the Free LibreOffice, it handles MS Office files like Word & Excel, & Page Layout…

LibreOffice 4.0.6.2_MacOS_PPC works in OS X 10.5.8 (last official PowerPC version).
LibreOffice 4.3.7.2_MacOS_x86.dmg (and x86-64?) works in OS X 10.6.
LibreOffice 7.0.4 works in macOS 10.11 and 10.14.

pls i will appreciate if you can send it to me. I mean the full installer macOS High Sierra my system used to run on it before it was reformatted bcos i had issues while trying to up grade to higher version. You can send the full installer via any channel that will be more comfortable for you
Softmaker Office 2024 for Mac now requires Catalina. The older Softmaker Office 2021 for Mac did support High Sierra, but I don't know if the vendor still makes that available for purchase or not.
