Stopping auto scrolling

To those like me who are disturbed by text messages, here is what worked for me.

1- Settings

2- General

3- Keyboard

4- Predictive, slide off Predictive selection.

I hope this helps others.

predictive text popping up even though i have it off i have predictive text disabled in keyboard settings, but sometimes when i’m typing it pops up anyways and doesn’t go away unless i close out the keyboard. it used to be something that happened every so often but now it happens frequently. i turn predictive text off because it’s distracting to my eyes and i don’t like it. how do i stop this from happening?

Stop text auto fill suggestion pop ups when I'm typing I would like to keep the predictions that show up at the top of the keyboard, but I really dislike the pop-ups that show up on the screen that I'm typing on. Can't find any way to turn that off. Does anyone know how to do this?

Do not disturb/Focus Why is scrolling across home screens prevented while Do not disturb/Focus is on?
