There is this black box on top of the iPhone 15 pro screen. The black box is not visually pleasing to the eyes. What is that? How can I get rid of this box?
Actually, there is hardware there. It includes the TrueDepth sensor (for faceID), front camera, ambient light sensor, and more. Everything that was in the notch is in the Dynamic Island. While you can’t turn it off (that literally is impossible), you can take advantage of it with the features it brings over the notch:

Side note, you can turn on battery percentage from the battery section of the settings app.
