ORDERED iPHONE 15 Pro Max 265GB unfortunately from APPLE store in GREECE

Good morning, my name is ****, from Greece, I have ordered the iPhone 15 pro Max 256 GB , on 22nd September order number ****, from APPLE's representative office in Greece (www.istorm.gr) , Unfortunately they are not giving ME any update, THEY are not picking up the phone, and once in a million they do .....Greek representative office reply is : I do not know!!!!!! 

If Apple head office can not control its world's office then ...... 

P.S. the other stores in Greece are giving updates and delivery dates to customers, I find it really strange, an APPLE representative office in Greece not be able or does not or its not capable to give a feedback
