iPhone 13 reception

This is a twofold question: my carrier is Verizon and they have disabled, several features of my iPhone, which I have always bought from the Apple Store. Setting number of rings., is one missing and was found by an Apple advisor the other day for recording, and also blocking your number I’m not sure if this was an agreement made by Verizon and Apple but again I purchased my products directly from the Apple Store

This iPhone 13 the reception is terrible and I’ve made three calls and every call has dropped

It does not connect automatically to my Wi-Fi here at my home

I lose Bluetooth and as I write this, this is a refurbished phone because I thought my new phone that I bought may have had issues

Now the refurbished phone has the same issues I’ve spent at least eight hours on the phone with Apple this week my husband has an iPhone 11 my son has a 12 both of their phones work, but mine does not I missed 15 calls this week.

But then found out that there was a nationwide outage with Verizon first, I would like the features of my iPhone to be restored what I paid for

I’m getting rid of Verizon. Who gave Verizon permission to disable features is what I would like to know?

Anyone?
