Scam Virus Notification

Using a MacBook Pro updated to Iatest OS Sonoma 14.0. I stupidly clicked on a link that a Facebook friend posted that was a scam site. I am now getting repeated notifications that say I have a virus, or my email has been hacked or some other fake issue. When I click on the notification it flips to a screen advertising AdBlock but the URL showing under it directs to some other site. I have MacPaw and have run it several times and no virus, malware, or other issues are found but I continue to get the notification. I turned on the AdBlock extension in my Safari settings, but still getting the notification. How do I get rid of it??!! Thank you!!! (NOTE: the email address associated with this profile is not correct so please do not send any responses there)
