iTunes Match no longer works on Sonoma / iOS?

- MacBook Pro running Sonoma latest
- Various iOS devices running iOS latest
- Apple TV latest update
- Active iTunes Match description
- Sync Library is on with all devices
- All devices signed in to the same Apple ID
Issue: ripped a record and imported songs (m4a) into Music app on MacBook Pro. MBP Music successfully recognizes the songs and downloads the album art. However none of the other devices show the songs.
Is this a bug in Music app? Any one run into this issue?
