Too many codes sent

I wanted to reset my iPhone, so I signed out of iCloud and wanted to sign back into my account, but I couldn't. It says that too many codes were sent, but this is not true, I was not sent many codes, that's all. error, I just logged out once and wanted to log in again but I have the same problem, please help
