I have bank accounts in 2 regions (2 billing addresses). Can I put cards from both on my Apple Pay? It seems to only accept one billing address -

No. All cards must be from the same region as your device settings.
I was told that I could have 2 different apple ids (one from each region) on the same device and switch back and forth but I was worried that the apps would get all screwed up so I didn’t try that yet… then it would work, right? Anyone have any experience with solving the problem that way? 😕
iPhones and iPads are single user devices. It's not practical to switch users on those devices as you would effectively reset the device each time you switch users. And, your region settings remain tied to the device, so you would need to switch that too.
I see what you are trying to say. Unfortunately I AM a single user- just one with 2 home bases- which in the circle I know here is no longer uncommon with all the changes COVID brought. And the reality that apple is trying to get me to fit into just doesn’t fit. And it is a pain if I want to pay for some things when in the US with my account there and other things in Europe with my account here. It makes Apple Pay simply not attractive. 🤷🏼♀️
