I purchased a new iPhone 15 and don’t remember a locked note password. After 3 tries I get a hint, what is the hint. I use the cloud for notes to share between my iPad and iPhone. How do I change the locked notes on my phone? I pad uses my touch.

That is not possible. You will need to keep trying until you remember the password that you chose when you created that note.
