Watch not sharing fitness data

My watch has not shared Activity data with my phone or computer since 9/24/23. Is it possible to recover this data, since it isn't stored on the phone? Or is it stored on the phone, because Also, I took a screenshot of a workout screen, but it did not show up on the phone or icloud. Do I need to re-pair my watch with my phone at this point?

My watch says the software is up-to-date with 8.8.1. My phone is on iOS 17.0.3. If I go to the watch applet on my phone and look at Health data, it is set to mirror to the phone. The Activity app just shows notifications, so it is giving me stand reminders, goal completion, daily coaching, etc.

When I look under Watch-->Settings-->General-->Storage, I see that Activity has 333.9 MB, so it must be somewhere. I am assuming that is on my phone, so it's probably data I should clear out, but I want the most recent data. My phone became full a few weeks back because somehow it stopped sharing to my regular iCloud drive, and was backing up to a 5G drive instead, I have no idea why. I think it was a Dropbox subscription that I cancelled, and ever since I cancelled the subscription, Dropbox has been aggressively trying to get me to back everything up there.
