Why do I have an Apple Watch linked and creating backups on my iPhone?

I have oppurtunity to Remove all backup under Watch, but I have never even owned an apple watch? And it also has 7mb of documents and data. How is this possible? Also for some reasons I cant add images here, nor I cant send my document id to recover facebook that I lost to hackers that jailbreaked my last phone/computer/wifi. I have bought everything new

new phone, new sim. Unplugged and turned off everything before I brought the new phone home. (Hackers controlled thro apple watch with voice and gesture + bluetooth keyboard.

The first thing I noticed there the same thing, that I could remove watch backup without owning a watch. (Also clicking that button doesnt do anything)

Also I couldnt send any data or pictures to police to get help from there about my last phone.

If you feel an unauthorized person/app is remotely using, controlling or monitoring your device, then that is possible only if you have done one or more of the following Don'ts...

  1. Don't hand over an iPhone to kids or to a stranger without Enabling Guided Access
  2. Don't share Apple IDs
  3. Don't Jailbreak
  4. Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device
  5. Don't give in to Phishing
  6. Don't plug in your device in Airports and Public places through third-party cables and trust the device. Beware of Juice Jacking. (Especially in India)
  7. Don't leave your iPhone unlocked and unattended in public places like offices, schools, malls, etc.

If one of the above is true then quickly change the Apple ID Password and Return iPhone settings to their defaults.

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken

It (Hacking) also depends on how careful you are in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.

Be judicious when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.

If you don't reckon what is said above is true then you have two options...

  1. Report the hacking incident that you are facing to the local law enforcement authorities and follow it up
  2. Believe it, it can't be hacked. There are people who still believe that the earth is flat and also some believe no one has ever landed on the moon. What can anyone do about that? This is a free world you can believe in anything, the choice is yours.

Im not a moron, ofcourse I never share any personal info, I might have klicked on phissing site maybe, but all the apps are from appstore. When my last phone was remotely controlled (they even made my google screen grey when I wanted to search for more info). Luckily I had a computer whos battery was empty for half a year. I closed all the phones wifis etc and shut them down, disconnected router, tv and even speakers that has bluetooth connection.

i turned on computer to maybe try to recover some accounts (without internet or connected to the phones via bluetooth in the past. After 10minutes I got error alerts, first one was aswArPot.sys and the second one windows- office (if i remember correctly- KERNEL-power.

after that the program tried to get into computer. Did a reboot (kernel errer) and it says pc shut down and came back in under a second. After that they went straight to get admin rights and not long after they were owners, I had like 14 owners listed there and I could only read and not even open some files. How do you explain this? (Im amazed myself that without internet or bluetooth this all happened. The malwere were introduced as Popup.

put in Iphone, Why I dont see the connected watch myself? Is there a way to see a hidden apps by using the voiceover commands?
