Beats Solo3 Wireless won't work

I've had my headphones for a little less than a year, and they have stoped functioning. I bought them through Target, so I don't know if it'd be possible even to return them, however, they glow when they are charging but will not turn on at all after. I have tried resetting them, I have tried using other cords to charge them, and nothing. If there's anything else I can try before giving up hope, I'd greatly appreciate it. I just moved to a foreign country and would not like to have to buy new headphones. Thank you!

Hello estellarr,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.

Beats products come with a 1 year limited warranty. Given this, you should have them checked out by an Apple technician or a other Apple certified technician. They'll inspect them and determine if the issue can be repaired under warranty or if it's the result of physical damage.

You can determine your options for service at Beats Repair & Service - Apple Support or by reaching out to Apple Support for assistance at Get Support.

Best regards.
