i don’t want backupiing my data videos , ….. in icloud

You can transfer your videos to a separate folder on your computer or external drive and then delete the videos on your iPad. This is the only way they will not be copied to iCloud, if you are using iCloud Photos to sync your photos and videos.

Data already saved in iCloud can also be archived on your computer:
