Whenever I go to the Control Center to turn the volume down, it bounces back up on its own. This happens without a case, so it’s not a result of buttons being accidentally pushed. On iPhone 15 Pro Max with iOS 17.0.3.

A force restart seems to fix this. To do that, press the Up Volume side button once, then press the Down Volume side button once, then press and hold the On/Off (right side) button until you see the Apple logo appear. Did the trick for me.

I have the exact same problem but both attention settings are turned off and it is a real annoyance at work when it just turns back on when I mute my volume… apple please fix
Had this problem for a few months now. I’ve got this problem on an iPhone 14 Pro, tried all the steps that people have recommended, problem still persists.
Anyone know if Apple is fixing this?
I don’t have the Apple TV still I have this exact issue. So I don’t think it has anything to do with Apple TV.
Yeah same never had an Apple TV so I doubt they are related.
Since it took Apple two month to write a "Did you try turning it off and on again?", it's gonna take them most likely two years to fix the bug 🤡
Have the same issue in my iPhone 14 Pro, newest iOS, don’t have Apple TV. Apple really should start looking into this, it’s quite an irritating bug.

Just updated to iOS 17.3 and the genius Apple team still hasn’t fixed the issue. Ridiculous
Unfortunately, that workaround doesn’t last. The issue still persists on the new 17.3 upgrade. Still an annoying issue (with or without a VPN installed).
