Private browsing with safari and multiple tabs. Safari now defaults, apparently, to top of tabs rather than going to the link that was clicked. Now you must scroll from the top down to the page for the linked clicked. Used to go right there. Fix??

iOS safari now seems to go to the top of the screen of open links in private browsing rather than to the bottom of the page or to the link that was clicked and passed through to Safari.

is there a way to fix this or a setting that can be updated? This is happening primarily on my iPhone. Latest IOS. 13 pro max.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 15
