I cant log in to my Acorn account which I pay for through Apple TV and they are informing me I have to get this fixed by Apple - not Acorn. It is not recognizing my email address as legitimate for logging in and I am trying to add Acorn to my ip
Tried downloading the Acorn app from my ipad
entered email and password
Acorn says it does not have an account with my email address
Acorn support says because I pay for it through Apple, Apple has to troubleshoot
