Noise control problem (Beats Studio Pro)

Everytime I try to change from transparency mode to noise cancellation mode and viceversa, it keeps telling me that it requires “both buds on ear”. I have them on my ears

Beats Fit Pro Just got new Beats Fit Pros, for some reason iOS won't let me do the ear tip fit test, even thought both buds are in my ears. Right Beats Studio Bud doesn't work Left works but right earbud does not on Beats Studio buds. Any ideas? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Resetting the Beats Studio Pro headphones does not resolve this issue for me.

Didn’t fix it for me either. What else can I try?

I don’t have buds. I have a headset. So why the message saying both buds are required?
