I bought an Iphone 15 pro max online, directly from Apple, UPS says it was delivered in to a different address and Apple says company closed the investigation. I lost the money and never received my Iphone

You need to contact Apple again for info. If you have proof you can dispute the charge (assuming you paid with a credit or debit card) with your bank if Apple doesn’t reasonably give you an explanation of their decision. Your bank will do their own investigation and if they rule in your favor you will get your money back.

Getting a UPS Package:

Go to a Nearby UPS Distribution Center: Is there a UPS warehouse around somewhere close by? When delivering this to me, UPS put a letting on my door knob, telling my to pick it up at the local distribution center. They have one at an airport. A huge complex, BTW.
