out of office reply

I can't set up out of office reply for my icloud email. No cog icon even on full screen.

Reply to "Hide my email" does not work I always get an error "Cannot send message using the server iCloud" when replying to emails received with an hide my email address. I tried to use mail on my MacBook, Mail on my iPhone and always get the same result. If I try to use the web interface of iCloud I can sent a response, but it will not get delivered, instead I get a "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" email from "Mail Delivery System <postmaster@icloud.com>"

Setting up an out-of-office reply Hi there, I'm struggling to find in Google how to set up an out-of-office reply in Apple Mail on my iPhone 7. Can someone please tell me how to do this. When I've Googled it it says go to "Settings" then "Accounts and Passwords" but I don't have "Accounts and Passwords" when I go into "Settings", only "Passwords" so I can't progress any further. Help please!!! Thanks! Bettina

You should see this clog icon after you navigate to your email in iCloud.

Once you have signed into icloud.com you will be presented with a summary of your iCloud services. To get to your Mail and the settings for Mail click on the mail icon which you will find on the left and towards the foot of the screen.

When Mail presents you will then see this which includes the icon in question. The icon is the third in the row above the label 'Mailboxes'.

Yes I’ve tried and it says to click on the cog icon and I don’t have one
