Moving locked notes from iCloud to my iPhone

I would like to move my locked notes to my iPhone storage. Currently I’m unable to. Please suggest a solution or option!

Please ignore, I found a way to move the locked notes. I simply removed the lock and moved it to my iPhone storage 😊.
