14pro -very unhappy

My sister bought 2Pro14 max a few months ago and we are both having problems. Some similar like the camera will take one photo and then we have to restart phone to take more; copy share etc either doesn’t appear or doesn’t work. Both phones get frightenly hot. They freeze for no apparent reason. Do not work when out of home on any other network. The list goes on. Should I return these for a refund we are very unhappy. I still have my iphone 4 and it works better within its limits.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return them for a refund. You cannot return them if it's been months

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.

Thank you for this information. Incorrect as it is.


unfortunately I live on the Isle of Wight and there is no Apple Store without crossing to the mainland and as I am disabled this is neither easy or inexpensive.


I believe the Consumer Laws of this Country may have a different take on faulty goods!


Apart from all the ongoing faults making the phone not fit for purpose it will not keep Bluetooth connection to my hearing aids thereby affecting my health greatly.
