Make these alerts stop!!!

I had downloaded a Video from Youtube and starting getting these alerts...and they wont stop! How can I stop them? 2013 MacOS Mojave

Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Notifications -> Look under Mozilla or Firefox. Change the notifications you get from the web browser.

Check you haven't installed any Extensions in Firefox -> Preferences -> Extensions and Plugins. There is no need to have any extensions there.

this is what I found.

Does it look like I need to Change the notifications in my the web browser?..and how would I do that? I deactivated the Plugins but still get the alerts. I do see "Recommended Extensions" but I assume they are not installed. See at bottom the last alert with a phone number...which of course I will not call.
