cellular data not showing current period on iPhone 15 pro

I want to check how much cellular data used in this billing cycle, so I go to cellular data, and I don't see "current period" on the cellular page, all I can see is data usage by each app. Could it be that I recently transfer eSim from my old phone?

Hi yjmo,

It sounds like you are missing “Current Period” from Settings > Cellular. We know how important this is for you, and we will help get you to the right place for answers.

The first thing to check is Settings > Cellular > (Carrier Name) > Usage to see if it's showing the correct info for your cellular usage for the current period. Please let us know if you see it in this area.

All the best.

Hi yjmo,

If you haven't done so already, we recommend restarting your iPhone to refresh iOS, apps and connections. You'll also want to make sure you have the very latest version of iOS. Here's how to update if needed: Update your iPhone or iPad. You may consider toggling Cellular Data off and back on in Settings > Cellular Data to see if the issue persists. You could also call your carrier to inquire about your cellular data usage.

Take care.
