My iPhone 14 I bought just a few months ago is defective. I see many other people have the same problem with it overheating to the point of concern and I want to exchange my phone. Where do I go to handle this ? it’s very upsetting considering the phone was around $1000. Please help thank you. I have low income on a single mother and this is very upsetting to me. I’ve been a loyal Apple user since the very beginning and this is very upsetting to me.
