iMac getting HOT after Sonoma 14.0 (23A344) Upgrade

Notice that after Sonoma 14.0 upgrade I hear the iMac's Vent operating and the iMac's back is hot.

Didn't change or add any now software ...

Only issue is wallpaper disappear after restart.

Any advice will be appreciated.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 14.0

Mac mini new in 2019 is now running hot for the first time. I just noticed my Mac mini I bought in 2019 is running hot. Not just warm but I can feel the heat coming out of it. I have it on an Origami shelf so its well ventilated & I am always plugging in an Sd card or thumb drive. Only have a monitor and plug for mouse connected plus one SD card. Mac Sonoma 14.3 Laptop Heating Issue Hello Today, I upgraded my Mac to Sonoma 14.3, and I noticed that my laptop started heating up. I attempted to disable background themes, but the issue persists. This has never happened before, and I suspect there might be a problem with the Mac OS affecting the battery. Kindly investigate the issue. I find myself needing to shut down my laptop every time it overheats. :( Initially, I thought it was just me, but I can see that other people using this Mac OS are also experiencing similar issues. regards Ravinder

I understand that my present internal HD is OK

maybe an issue that’s not regard the HD ?

ps. Still hearing Fan operating from time to time.

I have the same problem. What I will say is no problem before Sonoma, problem after installing Sonoma.
