How to get a notifications when finishing one exercice

Hi, good morning,

I want, after finishing an exercise on the Apple Watch, to receive a notification, either on the iPhone or on the Apple Watch, that tells me something. I have tried the following:

But when I actually finish an exercise from the Apple Watch, no action happens. No action happens, am I doing it wrong? If so, what can I do?

Did you make sure, that, if you open the Apple Watch App on your iPhone, and go to -> Notifications -> Activity, the option to get notified if you reached your goal is enabled?

Did you already force restart your Apple Watch?

Press and hold the Digital Crown and Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple Logo comes back again.

Can you receive other notifications on your Apple Watch, for example incoming text messages, calls, etc?

Maybe force restart the iPhone as well, you will not lose data by force restarting your devices.

Usually you will be notified if you close your ring, for example your Move Ring, Exercise -or Stand Ring.

Did you set a goal for your activity, for example 20min run, and see if your are notified after reaching that goal?

Yeah, the notifications are enabled. But my problem is that I want to get a notification to do not forget my bottle of water when finishing so I tried to create this automasitation but It don't work. I have also active the option to notify me when the task is being done. But I don't get any advise.

Yeah, I already did that. I don't understand why it is not working, because my Apple Watch is well-paired. Because, when I press to the action button "Afficher la notification" in my apple watch, it works, but not when im finishing the exercice.
