GarageBand Recording Sounds Out Of Tune and Keeps Changing Tempo Throughout The Entire Recording

I recently recorded a live performance with the usb out on the Yamaha TF3 mixer. I have previously recorded live performances with this mixer without any issues. This time when I played back the recording, each track had horrible sound quality and kept changing pitch and tempo throughout the entire song. I have auto key and tempo turned off, but still have the problem.

Would anyone have a solution to this problem?
