What's Best Screen Recorder for Mac with Internal Audio?

I am finding a suitable screen recorder for my Mac that has the ability to record internal audio. I have tried several different options, but none of them seem to work properly. I need a screen recorder that can capture both the audio and video from my computer, without any external noise or interference. Ideally, the software should be easy to use and have a variety of editing features to enhance the final product. I am open to both paid and free options, as long as they can deliver high-quality recordings.

Can anyone recommend the best screen recorder for Mac with internal audio?

Totally feel your pain there! Finding the right screen recorder that nails both video and internal audio without grabbing all that background noise can be a real hunt. I've been down that road, trying out a bunch of different software until I stumbled upon Aiseesoft Screen Recorder.

Let me tell you, it was pretty much a game-changer for me. The thing with Aiseesoft Screen Recorder is that it's super straightforward to use. You don't need to be a tech whiz to figure it out. It captures both the screen and the internal audio cleanly, which means you can record your videos and whatever's playing on your Mac without catching the sound of your typing or anything else happening around you.

If you're on the lookout for another software similar to Aiseesoft Screen Recorder that can handle screen recording with internal audio on a Mac, you might want to check out ScreenFlow. It's a bit of a powerhouse in the world of screen recording and video editing for macOS.

Thanks for the recommendation, it actually works on my Mac M2!

I made an app called QuickScreen by AppBlit that lets you pick any window (or entire screen or a specific region) and it will record it along with the app audio and microphone (both are optional of course).

You can even zoom into specific areas automatically (based on clicks) or trigger the zoom with a keyboard shortcut.

Cheers,

Laurent

If all and most important is FaceTime recording than there is nothing better than eCamm Call Recorder. Unfortunately it works only up to High Sierra. eCamm recorder plugs directly into the OS, records everything automatically as soon as the call comes in, two track recording is available: each side separately. All completely automated. Maybe Apple someday provides such capabilities.

You can still download eCamm Facetime Call Recorder for Mac and you can still buy it for Skype for Intel-based Mac running macOS 13 or older.

This is amazing!

By the way, it works with ZOOM the same way.

I started a meeting with no one in it, muted my mic, shared screen and then selected "share computer sound" from the three dots "more" menu. When I launched Quicktime and chose "screen recording", in the "options" menu there was now a "ZoomAudioDevice" option. My recording then included internal audio!
