Studio Display: Is there a way to FORCE it to STAY dark?

I have a new Studio M2 Max, and Studio Display (September, 2023), with an old Cinema Display as a second monitor. I also have a CalDigit TS4 attached, with all of my peripherals attached to that and two SSD Hard Drives attached to the Studio. macOS is Ventura 13.5

I have purposely scheduled multiple backups to happen at night (0200 hrs) using Carbon Copy Clone, and of course Time Machine happens regularly. I have turned "Wake for Network Access" to off in Energy Saver.

I force the Studio Display into sleep when I'm done for the day. During the night, (presumably when the back ups begin), the Display turns ON and the bright light of the screen illuminates my home office!

The Studio display does not have an on/off button. It turns on whenever the computer 'works'. Is there some way to stop the display from turning on?
