Apple Watch Ultra battery draining while on charge after updating to OS 10.1

How do I roll it back? Would love to be able to use my watch again.

So you had Moby Face on your phone and never installed it?

Not that I remember ever doing. I have never used it.

I deleted everything from the watch without a backup and then installed no more apps and switched off the rest so it works again without using up a lot of battery.

Today Watch OS 10.1.1 is out. I'm d/l it now. Fingers crossed that this issue will be fixed!

Yes, happening to mine as well. (Ultra 2) Updated and it will not charge past about 80%. Discharges extremely fast. Drops to 15% in about 10 hours.

Yeah can confirm. Mine updated and now the charge and batt life is at an all time low

Yep. Same issue. Fully charged Ultra won’t even last the day.

It does make a lovely $1k paperweight.

Same here! I seemed to get about three ish days if I pushed it then it needed a charge now it seems like a day in a half or so I’m charging it. Something is seriously draining this thing!

I had to put my on life support: low battery just to make it through the day

Same with my ultra 1 - only 7 months old and can’t charge, bought new cable/charger and no difference. All fine until I upgraded the watch to OS 10.1 which turned it to junk

Upgrade to 10.2 and then leave it on the charger for 48 hours.
