Apple TV “Watch Now” autoplay

Is there a way to stop Apple from auto playing previews of their shows when you open the Apple TV section? It literally makes me want to write negative reviews of every show just because they want to shove their shows down our throats. It’s sad because I actually do like some of them but I have no problem sinking the ship if they’re going to force this.

Apple TV Not Marking Watched Shows (Solution) For a while now, after I watched a show, Apple TV would not mark the show as watched. There are a number of discussions on this issue (discussions have been closed by Apple) and I finally figured out the reason. My kids have gotten a little older so I turned on restrictions in the settings to block inappropriate shows. It seems that this stops the app from marking the shows as watched. As soon as I turned restrictions off, I can manually mark a show as watched or after completing a show it is marked as watch. Apple needs to fix this issue.

Apple TV "Where to Watch" Misinformation Hi, I bought "The Office" from Apple, and it is in my TV library on Apple TV. However, in my "Up Next" queue, if I click on "The Office" it says "Open In" and the only available app provided is Peacock (which I don't subscribe to). So, I have to go back into the Library, scroll through all episodes of "The Office" again to find the next episode. How can I 1) Prevent Apple TV from suggesting I open in Peacock and/or 2) remove Peacock from the list of suggested TV apps?

How do I stop Apple TV show promos from repeatedly appearing? The stupid K-pop thing keeps coming up. I'd rather tune in to someone reading the NYC phone book line-by-line. [Re-Titled by Moderator] Original Title: Any way to knock out an annoying AppleTV show promo?
