Selet text that you want to colour;
Control-click on the selection and choose Font>Show Colors;
Select the color that you want.

Selet text that you want to colour;

I have apple ipad version 17.4.1 and I do not have the option to change text color in apple notes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
