I need to set up wireless printer to scan to my iMac. Printer is HP OfficeJet8028e

Not sure what more you need

Hey there!


To begin, connect the HP printer and your Mac to the same Wi-Fi network:


Next, on your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Printers & Scanners in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) If you don’t see your printer listed, click the Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax button. Continue to follow the steps to choose your printer and connect it to your Mac.


After connecting the printer, use Image Capture to scan: Scan images in Image Capture on Mac - Apple Support.
