People are being told that I have notifications silenced

I don’t know that I did anything on my phone and I’m not sure why they’re receiving that message.

Hello,

It’s settings in Focus Mode, read the text and go to Settings > Focus > scroll down to Status, and toggle off “share the Focus status”

Allow or silence notifications for a Focus on iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
