Settings change turns on focus, points, location, camera microphone GPS maps. I have no control over the phone trying steps that I’ve been told but I don’t know nothing about phones so it makes it very difficult for me to understand lesson Lehman’s term, but any help

I would suggest taking it to Apple and letting them restore your phone’s operating system; they will
connect your phone to their laptop, remove the current operating system and reinstall it. Just need to take your Apple ID, ID password, and phone passcode.

Users can do that themselves as long as they have a computer. There is no need to schlep to an Apple Store.
