mac cpu at 90+% without any apps running

I am using a Mac Pro 2013. I know it's a bit old BUT it was working perfectly until the 12.7.1 update. Now the CPU (3.5 GHZ) would reach at 90% RANDOMLY without any apps running. And it would stay like this for 10 to 30 to ~~ minutes. I can't do anything when it does this. Apps for work, Zoom mtgs would die--which is so frustrating. WTF is going on? There are no updates or solutions available.

You have too many non-Mac-native sharing service that are actually running, chewing through computer resources. even ONE such service, because it is ported form that other operating system rather than being re-written for Macs, punishes performance by searching through your files AND the files on the share NON-STOP looking to update anything that has changed the MOMENT it changes.

This convenience costs you Dearly. In my option, TOO Dearly. You should only launch these non-Apple sharing services when you want to store something, then quit immediately thereafter.

Mac Native sharing such as iCloud, uses The Mac File system Event store to determine in an Instant what has changed, so they do NOT need to search, and they do not punish performance.

I've removed all plugins, extensions, and apps mentioned above. I've run Utility app did the repair.

I don't quite know how to rebuild the Spotlight index but its an app that I rarely use. It also does not give me odd search results. I hate the online results though -- I don't need online results if I already ave a browser.

When I turn off Google Chrome, it automatically turns back on -- why does it do that?

I also frequently work with FCPX. I just realized today that when I render, the CPU blows up. Rendering is EXTREMELY slow. If I'm lucky enough that it doesn't load to 90%, rendering is 90% slower than it normally was previously... And sometimes the computer restarts.

Watching ONE (1) Youtube video and the CPU Load goes to 90+%.

Going on the the Google Drive page and uploading or downloading and CPU Load goes to 90+%.

I think the best option is to **** with Monterey and revert back to the previous OSX.
