Hi all, my iPhone 15 pro is having issues connecting to my MSI laptop. I didn't have any issues with my iPhone 13 Pro. I don't think it's my laptops USB-C port that's the issue though since my previous iPhone connected just fine... anyone else having similar issues with their iPhone 15 pro?

If your laptop has a USB-C port the cable that came with the iPhone 15 should work. If it only has USB-A (aka “USB” ports) you will need a USB to USB-C cable. But not all USB-C cables are alike. Are you using the Apple Original USB-C cable that came with the iPhone?
Also update your iTunes, either from the MS Store or https://itunes.com.
You can try another cable depending on which usb port your computer has, it's also true that could also be Windows not updated to an iPhone 15 pro with a usb c connection and IOS 17. You can also try to hard reset your iPhone and reboot your pc
