IPad M1 air 2022 ‘backlight (bleeding) problem’ [waiting for repair]

This iPad was waiting to be used. A brand new ‘open box’ model. The price was normal, actual heavy, so I thought that this iPad was not a demo or had been used earlier. In the shop they told me that this was a refurbished and later a demo model. And there was no problem to see, and no administration. The supervisor told me a bit later that I am right, this iPad has a backlight problem. I also feel a sort of phanthom power issue with my thumb. There are no jagged edges findable to this ‘new’ iPad. Because I had this device for about two weaks at home the garanty to take it back was gone. Apple has X year(s) of garanty. Now I wait for repair, although I just started practical using a brand new iPad AIR M1 2022 for a couple of days.
