IPhone 15 PRO turned off during charging

I bought Iphone in last month from US and got into my hand yesterday. After I unboxed it, it was okay and when I plugged into charging, it suddenly turned off and till then it still turned off. I tried several ways, but it doesn't work.

1. My first question is that what can be issue or way to solve the issue??

2. Can I get a free technical service from Bangladesh, though, the Iphone 15 PRO was purchased in US.

Please let me know

saidul276, Ok, for Technical support you might try contacting Apple Support and see what options you have, especially if your purchase is under 90 days for technical support
