For several Months, this Recovery Server issue has surfaced and is reported to affect macOS 10.13 High Sierra and Below meaning OS X 10.12 Sierra would also be affected
This issue has been reported to Apple and well . . . so far nothing seems to have happened on Apples' part, sadly
